By accessing and placing orders on prosafet.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.
1. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the final price.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
- We strive to display accurate product information. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Orders and Cancellations
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email or call.
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at contact@rjventerprises.com or WhatsApp +91 94031 10097.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹5,000. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping charge of ₹199.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by our shipping partner.
4. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments.
- UPI payments are verified manually. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment receipt.
- Online payment via Razorpay will be available shortly.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
All content on prosafet.in, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of RJV Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJV Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalna, Maharashtra.
